The Reece Group is comprised of many business, operating across multiple industries and countries. It's all about finding what feels right for you.
Operations Leadership
You'll train to become a future Branch Manager within the Reece network, where you'll run a business like it's your own. There's ten different business units to choose from, including Plumbing, Civil, Irrigation and Pools, and Fire. So you'll be able to focus on your area of interest to build your business and customer relationship skills.

What you need to know?
Our Early Careers Program is open to current or recent graduates who have completed tertiary study. Our graduates are offered permanent ongoing roles from beginning the program.
What's the process?
Reference & Background Check
Standard reference and background checks are conducted on selected candidates.

Online Assessment
For certain roles, you'll be asked to complete an assessment.
Initial Conversation
One of our friendly recruiters will give you a call for an initial chat and to get to know you.
Interview
Virtual or face-to-face, you'll get the opportunity to interview with Reece professionals in the area of your discipline.
Final Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with some of the senior leaders at Reece.
Offer
The exciting part. If successful, we will give you a call with the news. You'll be given all the information and support to make sure you're 100% confident in your decision to join Reece.
