Our Support Centre, called The Works, is based in Cremorne, Melbourne and was opened in 2022. The Works has been specifically designed to encourage collaboration and innovation.

Technology & Digital
At reecetech we are creating world-class technology and digital solutions, and we're driven by our obsession with equipping our customers and internal teams with the tools they need to succeed. From modern devops engineering, to data mesh, cyber defence and high-scale platforms, we likely have something to scratch your technical itch.
Marketing
With a 100-year-old brand, and a customer NPS in the +50s, the Marketing team is passionate about keeping Reece a brand our customers love. From digital marketing to deep customer and trade expertise, the marketing team are obsessed about sharing our story and building loyalty across the +650 Reece communities in Australia and New Zealand.
Finance
At Reece, Finance is so much more than just the bottom line. Apart from traditional Finance roles like planning budgets and balancing books, we have a large credit team that helps our customers with their cashflows, accounts payable and receivable. We also have a Property team that manages the physical assets within the Group. Our Legal and Risk team make up the rest of the Finance team.
People Experience
Our people are what makes us different. We hire for attitude and are passionate about backing potential. The People Experience team is responsible for making sure we find the right people and that they grow, learn and stay at Reece. From advice on safety, to people management, to capability building, people transformation, and delivering our people promise – our People Experience team keep busy caring for our 6000+ team.
Merchandising
In other companies this might be called Products. But Merchandising covers off more than just products. With deep trade product expertise, the Merch team's responsibilities range from marketing our products, sourcing and maintaining suppliers, our relationships with manufacturers, product quality testing, customer care, warranty management and product innovation.
Supply Chain
We have one of the biggest supply chains in Australia and New Zealand, and famously can get products to worksites in less than two hours. Our Supply Chain team looks at everything from getting product from our overseas suppliers to running our distribution centres across Australia and New Zealand. The Reece fleet, the warehouses and branch deliveries are all touched by Supply Chain. And delivering our products where they need to be on time is one of the things our customers value most about Reece.
Communications
With a passion for storytelling, sharing the great stories of our people and helping leaders be great communicators – there's never a dull day in the comms team. They connect people, projects, ideas and strategy, covering everything from a LinkedIn post, to leadership events, to crisis management and more.

Support Centre - The Works
Our customer promise is “Works for you” and our support team at our bespoke office at The Works are passionate about bringing this to life every day. Together the back office teams at the Works are either supporting the branch network to solve today's problems, or designing the future of Reece to ensure we stay ahead of our customer's needs. The Works opened in 2022, and was designed to be a place where our network and our support teams can connect, collaborate and innovate. Located in Melbourne's tech hub in Cremorne, the building connects our people and customers, while staying true to our industrial roots.

Breakthrough Innovation Group (BIG)
Our Collingwood Innovation hub is the home of Reece's Breakthrough Innovation Group (BIG). BIG houses our 5 innovation teams (Trout, Next, Superseed, Shadowboxer, and Southpaw) obsessed about using creativity, innovation and insight to solve the BIG problems across brand, product design, and web, it's a hive of activity. With a range of open workshop spaces, presentation areas, meeting rooms and activity based working - there's a space to help spark all types of creativity, and a range of great people to bounce your ideas off. Proximity to Collingwood's awesome food, culture and shopping is also a bonus.
