We're the founding partner and ongoing supporter of the Reece Foundation – an independent charity that connects trade skills with communities in need. Everyone has the right to access clean water and sanitation and we're on a mission to make it happen.

We're committed to increasing the involvement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in the success and growth of Reece and the wider industry. We work with the Clontarf Foundation to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to attend Clontarf Academies and create employment pathways to grow their careers at Reece.

We're on a mission to unite our customers, teams, and communities to promote reconciliation in Australia. Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) honours First Nations Peoples. We do all we can to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities have access to clean water and sanitation.
