As a trainee with Reece, you can combine your school studies with work in a Reece branch, which will give you a nationally recognised qualification in either a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, or in Retail Services.

The Certificate II in Retail Services will expose you to retail operational knowledge and give you the skills needed to succeed in the retail industry.

This is a school-based program open to secondary school students. You need to be at least 15 years old and enrolled at a school to apply. Contact your state-based recruiter for more info.

Phone Conversation

You'll undertake an initial phone call with our Murray Mallee Recruiter, so we can get to know you better.

Step 2

In Branch Interview

If you meet the program requirements you'll be invited to attend a one on one interview at the branch with the Branch Manager.

Step 3

Offer Confirmation

Successful applicants will be offered a position within the School-based Traineeship Program.

Step 4

Sign up

If successful, your Recruitment officer will arrange to sign you up prior to commencing at the branch.
