What you need to know

Our Graduate Program is open to current or recent graduates who have completed tertiary study. You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of your application. Our graduates are offered permanent ongoing roles from beginning the graduate program.

Starting Date

All Graduates will commence together in February 2022, kicking off with our Australia & New Zealand GradMeet.

Video Assessment

You'll be invited to participate in our virtual and digital video assessment experience that allows us to get to know you.

Step 2

Gamified Assessment

Part of our video assessment process will ask you to complete a series of cognitive tests represented in the form of fun and interactive games.

Step 3

Interview

Virtual or face-to-face, you'll get the opportunity to interview with Reece professionals in the area of your discipline.

Step 4

Final Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with some of the senior leaders at Reece.

Step 5

Reference & Background Check

Standard reference and background checks are conducted on selected candidates.

Step 6

Your Offer of Employment

The exciting part. You'll be asked to join one of our Graduate Programs and sent across an employment contract to review.
